Dustin the salesman, came to the house and showed me the pictures of the damages of the roofs due to high wind on January 26, 2023. He made mentioned that he will report it to Texas Windstorm my Windstorm and Hail Insurance Company. Few weeks after, I got a call from the Texas Windstorm adjuster who will inspect the damage roofs. When he came, Dustin was there to assist him. They were both professional, friendly, and accommodating. At first, wife and I where wondering if Texas Windstorm will approve it. Which they did, and we will only pay the deductible. Dustin, my wife and I discusses the work Manchac Roofing will be doing after we decided the color of the roofs. At the time of the removal of the old roofs and putting up the new one was done after 6:00 PM as promised. I've never seen so many workers doing there work removing, installing the new one and cleaning at the same time. We very satisfied of the jobs they have done.
