Mr. Rooter Plumbing

Went with this company because my home warranty sent them out. They came out to repair the plumbing leak. The actual plumber is difficult to get in contact with I don't even know why they give you the number if they don't respond to it. The actual business doesn't return call either. I called them after service was complete and requested information about upgrading my water heater and adding a softener. I called twice about it, both times they said someone would reach out to me in their sales department but It never happened. I called for someone to fix and check a few things and they sent someone to my house the next day! I meet Richard! He is so knowledgeable and professional about all my questions. He communicated to me about every step that needed to be done. He gave me a sense of confidence that everything will be done and in a reasonable time. I was house sitting for my daughter in Clear Lake. While I was there, I accidentally backed into the hose bib by the garage. When I got the main water line turned off, which was quite an ordeal, since I had no idea where the cut off was, and really DID NOT want to stick my hand in that opening, LOL, I called Mr. Rooter and told them what I had done, and that I had no water for the house until the hose bib was repaired. I called that morning around 10:00 am and the hose bib was repaired by 4:00 pm that afternoon. Larry was the technician that came out. He was very pleasant and professional. He had the hose bib fixed promptly, and the price was reasonable. I would highly recommend Mr. Rooter plumbing. I think they were great. Service: Faucet repair
