We are in the middle of one of the worst winter storms in the Houston area and Jacob was able to come help me fix my heater. Not only that but he figured out the issue immediately. Explained in detail why it was doing what it did and fixed the issue. The roads were iced over and he came by to fix my heater. Priority AC was incredibly easy to work with. Last night I made an appointment online and they were at my home first thing this morning. They walked me through the problem and potential solutions and were upfront about the costs every step of the way. When the work was done we made a follow-up appointment so they could double-check that the issue was 100% resolved at no additional cost. I will absolutely be using them again.
