Had an hole in my ceiling sheetrock from a recent repair job. Wayne came out personally and quoted the job. They were able to perform the work and did a good job of repairing to where it looks like it never happened. Pros: The teams the owner Wayne sends out are very professional, meticulous, and work to ensure they leave the work areas clean and in great condition. I was impressed with the team members attitude, workmanship, attention to detail…making sure to do the proper fix instead of a quick patch job. I’ve had workers in the past from other companies do a rush job and not do things properly so this was a great experience. Cons: I had a timeline that I wanted to work the job too. When it was discussed at estimate I had expected the team would stick to that timeline. The owner had asked me to immediately agree to the email invoice so they could schedule the work that following Monday. Amazing business to work with, very hard to find people that actually do honest quality work these days. Wayne was very friendly and came out quick to give us a quote. One of his crew showed up and had the work done in a day and did an incredible job. They cleaned up afterwards and made sure we were completely satisfied with the final results. My hot water heater stopped working and Wayne came out and got it to work. He insisted on not taking a payment for his time. He noticed another repair that we needed and took care of that as well. He is a great guy. I appreciate The Patch Boys very much.
