David is the man! Our AC went out without warning and we had no clue what todo. Call Dave and he is at our house the next day. Takes him all of 5 minutes to get an initial diagnoses and get right to work. Dave is extremely knowledgeable and articulate about the system and what good maintenance looks like in order to ensure longevity and quality of the system. He did a great job of explaining several options and levels of maintenance, and upgrades while not applying pressure to make you feel like he’s trying to sell you something you don’t need.
Last summer, we went with Rosnovak to replace the system in our home. We were happy with the result. We called them back two months ago to install systems in our inventory buildings. They blew us off, never responding after a half dozen calls over TWO MONTHS. I told them to forget it. After a search for more than a dozen other companies, only three called back. Two wanted us to email them with information, neither of which responded. Ultimately, three came by with estimates. One was exorbitant... almost twice what we did pay. The guy who ultimately got the work gave us a good deal. Part of it was installing a mini-split we already owned in one building and supplying and installing a second system in the other building. This guy’s fantastic. Our heat was out on a 37 degree day and he showed up within two hours of my call, and on a Sunday he fixed us up in no time and at a fair price! We’ll be using him again.
