We called to schedule a routine checkup and look as to why our HVAC was leaking. Not only were we worked into the schedule quickly, especially during the heat wave, but he was prompt and curteous and showed us all the issues found and, my fave part, offered a good, better, best as far as repairs and upgrades we could use. Dave’s great. AC went out over the summer in 100+ degrees. Dave showed up way after hours with a smile and got us taken care of. Sat us down and explained everything out to us and walked us through cost-benefit points for everything we needed or were looking to explore. Answered all questions, no pressure to buy anything, and just loads of information so we could make our own informed decisions. Very friendly and down to business at the same time. We’ll be continuing to work with Dave from now on.

Do not use him. It has been terrible. Although Dave was very charismatic, my furnace has now broken twice after he came to fix it. He reported that he needed to “retrofit” the replacement part on to the motor. When I called him again to come back out after the furnace stopped working he said that he was out withdrawing money from the bank. He told me to go up to the attic several times so that he could guide me on how to fix the igniter. When that didn’t fix the problem, he finally came back several days later and said that he told me that I should have paid for the additional recommended “servicing fee.” I declined and he yelled and told me to never call him again. I’ve never left a review such as this one but the experience was unbelievable. He charged $1596.
