I want to thank A1 for taking care of me and my family. The technicians Teko, and Nick were very engaging and informative. I appreciate their insight on maintenance care and upkeep to ensure we get the most out of our AC. I appreciate the fact that when they ran into an issue with one of the parts, they were able to get on the phone with their manager, Rob, and come up with an efficient solution. The parts department was closed that day, but they came back early the next morning with the updated part and finished the job without delay. On the day of service we received a call from the call center to confirm our appointment, and then another call when the technicians were on the way. The technicians were on time and when they left, made sure everything was cleaned. My wife and I were very frustrated that our AC went out. However, the services, and education of our system from the technicians, helped to ease our anxieties. We are grateful for Rob, the manager at A#1, and his technicians

Aug 18,2023 my air went out and I called A#1 cause we had used them before and they were great... in fact we took out the yearly service plan. The sales guy came out and was very nice and seemed to be thorough. He explained the blower motor went out and and it was an older unit, harder to find parts and it would be cheaper to get a new inside unit for a bit more. So on Mon the 21st. they installed the unit. House got up to 99 inside and when the guys left around 6ish said to give it a while and it will cool off. The unit ran all night and never shut off. Tuesday called and they sent another tech. He said he raised the fan to a higher speed and added coolant. Why wasn't the fan put on high like I requested on Monday? Why did he have to add coolant? No leaks! Got up to 87 in house even with ac running all day. Wednesday called and they sent another tech. Unit finally shut off at 6:30am and came back on maybe 20 minutes and then ran all day.
