Each person they employed is rude, terrible customer service, not helpful. If it wasnt for my builder, I wouldn’t work with this kind of company. RUN!!
Recently had Low voltage design with Ryan Taylor from in the Charge Electrical service. Totally unprofessional! Stood me up in first meeting. Never response any emails or messages. The design document was totally wrong!
Initially, I had some issues with the appointment booking for the installation of the brilliant smart switch, Regional manager Chad was very responsive, and he resolved all my issues.
