Great experience with Renown Roofing & Construction. Strong and responsive company across the board from my interactions. Making an appointment was painless and immediate. Jon Schaeffer came out the same day as indicated, and was extremely courteous and professional. He was honest and fair and even took the time to educate me on how to perform ongoing maintenance. Luckily the issue was a simple blockage in my gutter system but when the need arises in the future, I will be sure to call, and recommend to friends, Jon and RR&C. Thanks Team! Its been almost 2 years and the gutters still look great. Renown comes out yearly to check the roof and the gutters.
I was pleased working with Renown from the beginning to the end of my roofing installation. They were always responsive, on time and friendly. I so appreciated how professional they were in dealing with me and my insurance company. This was not the first roof that I replaced but it was the best experience and value.
