Southern Comfort Mechanical

I have had several technicians come out through my home warranty company and none of them could figure out what was going on with my air conditioning system. I decided to go out of network and selected Southern Comfort Mechanical based on reviews and a vendor screening I performed to determine their expertise with zone dampers. My hopes weren’t very high, but Luis Orta quickly changed my attitude. He was professional, detailed and thoroughly checked his work. The staff at SCM were very helpful and professional. I really like the text service because I'm on conference calls for work during the day. The text service allowed me to schedule and appointment in a timely manner. The technician, Kevin, was awesome. Josh Fry and his team did an excellent job of finishing up a project for us. Josh brings an attitude to his work that is much appreciated and sometimes hard to find in the service industry. Friendly, time-conscious, detail-oriented, and aware of how the work will impact our lives, Josh went the extra mile. I will also add that Mason was equally effective in handling some communication snafus that had occurred at the office end of our project and got everything rolling again. Thanks to both of them!
