We bought a new ac system. Warranty of 10 years. They are always responsive when we have a problem. Joe and Jose came this morning and fixed our AC in less than 20 minutes. Always courteous and go above and beyond. They saved me from this heat wave! Service: HVAC system repair

We used Absolute from our home warranty and it was a great experience. It started with Nate doing a diagnosis which was very informative. He showed us and recommended a new and bigger system. We then had Evan and Greg come do the install. They were very informative and were very professional. They were always on time and kept us updated on all. Would highly recommend.

Our A/C went out 6/21/2023. I put in a service request with our home warranty company that day. It took a few days for Absolute Refrigeration to come out (I don't remember how many as I hadn't started taking notes just yet), but they did come & tell us we needed a new fan motor. On 7/14/2023 I called & spoke with Cambree (sp?) who sd parts are not it. I called warranty co. who said A/C co. was who orders parts (makes sense to me). On 7/17/2023 I called Absolute Refrigeration for an update & spoke with Dee. She sd they were still waiting on part. She called me back that afternoon & sd part would be in on 7/17/2023. On 7/19/2023 spoke to Alexis who sd "she is going to check to see if part is on truck as it is here right now" (not sure who "she" is). I was told part was on truck & would be installed on 7/20/2023. Techs did come on 7/20/2023 but were unable to install part as the "wires to the old part would not work & a harness needs to ordered" (are you kidding me? Why was that no
