This is the second time I have used this service and they are always awesome and helpful the two that came out this time were just as nice and helpful as the 1st pair of guys I enjoy that so much I am always a little wary of asking people at work who they use and I have to say it is a great feeling to be wrong these guys never disappoint me and will use them from now on

I called on Friday afternoon to schedule a plumbing inspection for a house we are purchasing in Lubbock. They put me down for the next Monday at 1pm. Monday 230 came around and my realtor notified me that no plumbers showed up for the inspection. When I called to find out what was happening with my appointment, they transferred me to the plumber that was assigned my request, but he didn't even know about the job or was even giving en a ticket for our request. He was actually in Plainview doing a job. I still have not received a phone call or follow-up as to what happened. It's like I never called or something. This is just terrible customer service.

If you need any type of plumbing work done go to Dale Bolles plumbing. They charged us $1200 for what all other plumbing companies were trying to charge over $3000 to do. We got quotes from 4 other plumbers. They are honest and reasonable. They are def the company we will use from now on!
