Hate to judge anyone off of a single experience, but I had a unfortunate encounter with who I assume was the front office. Called at 4:00 pm on a Friday. Google says you’re open 24 hours, which is obviously not true. The phone was answered by someone who sounded angry to be answering the phone. No introduction. No what can we do for you. Had to awkwardly confirm it was an electrician and ask if I could schedule for service. Was told before I could finish that no one was in the office until Monday and was hung up on as soon as I stammered an okay. You were recommended by my HVAC company, and you just lost all of my business.
Really good people, very welcoming and understanding, not hostile at all. I used to work there. They gave me an amazing opportunity, but due to unforeseen events, I no longer do.
