Service man found problem in less than 10 minutes, awesome service at Dawson County Courthouse!
This service and cleaning appointment was worth every penny in my mind, all because of Bill. He was prompt in arriving and was very nice and polite. He checked everything out, front to back. Explained what was wrong or causing the issue, fixed and cleaned the parts promptly, then cleaned up very nicely after himself. He went above and beyond and we are appreciative.
Paul at Tri Point Refrigeration did a wonderful job. They responded quickly to our issues, and made us top priority. They are professional and and extremely friendly. That goes a long way with me. Thank you guys. We will be calling you back for all our refrigeration needs.
