I called at 8am 1/4/2023 and made a appointment from 11-2pm my tenant had to take off work to wait for there window. Come 4pm they called the tenant and said they will be late. I called at 630pm and they said they are on there way. Come 8pm no show no answer no call. Its Jan 5 at 10am and they didnt call to apologize and or try to accommodate there mistake. I hate they way businesses are doing this what the freak is happening in America. Service: Plumbing leak repair
They assessed the problem provided a solution and gave a very good price on replacing our hot water tank. I shopped around and even went to Dan who told me it was a good price. The technician was clean and precise with his work. You could tell he took pride in a good job. I highly recommend using Ally Plumbing Company
