AC Works and Refrigeration

I made an appointment today and was told to wait for a text message confirmation. I've been waiting for it all day and have not received it. I've been trying to call for over an hour and all I get is a busy signal. So I have no clue if they are going to show up for my appointment or not. Update review. The company actually reached out to me and the manager spoke to me personally about my situation. He apologized for the mix up on their end and even offered to reimburse me for the other technician that came out and fixed my unit. I was more than a little upset when I wrote the first review but they way they handled their mistake and made it right has impressed me. I'll be using this company from here on. Called AC Works on a Sunday. They responded within an hour. Javier provided excellent service explaining every step of the way as he diagnosed the problem. His diagnosis was spot-on and we had our AC back in working order. Javier was very professional, friendly personality and pleasant to work with. I have other AC work on two other units which I have scheduled them to come back. I highly recommend AC Works they definitely are worth the money!!! By the way I rarely give 5 stars, in this case it is well deserved.
