Contacted Castro’s plumbing on Wednesday and they were at my house Thursday morning. We didn’t know where the leak was coming from but the guys who showed up were quick to assess based off of the damage is was causing. They were very professional and not quick to break in to the walls to see where the leak was coming from as I had suspected it was a bathtub. The leak was actually a clogged pipe in our AC unit and they were able to unclog it. We are not from the RGV area but are fortunate to have found a trustworthy and honest plumber to come out and get the leak fixed in a timely and professional manner. One of the pipes to the water main broke and water was gushing into the alley. The city came out and declared it was on the "customer's side" which meant they weren't responsible and I needed to call a plumber. Castro Plumbing had someone onsite within an hour, and a repair crew arrived and repaired the problem within two hours. Great customer service and the reason I'm a repeat customer!
