What a rip-off business! I have a ceiling fan that stopped working. Thinking perhaps a wire was loose, I called this place to come out and take a look. I was told the minimum service charge is $189. That's awful steep, and I say so, but I'm told that's the going rate in the RGV. Long story short: He comes to the house, gives the ceiling fan a quick once-over, and tells my wife and me that we'll have to replace the fan! So we just paid this guy $189 to tell us our fan is done. Now we have to spend a few hundred dollars on a new fan, and he thinks I'm going to call him and be charged another $189 to install it? NOT ON HIS LIFE!! I'll find a handyman from now on. This is RIDICULOUS!!! If I could give this business zero stars, I would! Service: General repairs
Great response time and very helpful with a tricky electrical issue. They even came back a few days later to fix another issue. Highly recommend and will be using them again. Services: Fan installation, Light fixture installation
