Very disappointed with the service I received. The gutter cleaner left debris all over my yard. I called and they came out and got some of it. Then I had an issue with how much they removed as my gutters still had items in it. I called and asked for a manager. The girl on the phone was extremely rude when she found out I had an issue. I asked when I should expect a call back and she told me she had no idea. 3 days later I was able to find the email address of the manger or owner. He was extremely unhelpful and gave off the impression that he did not care about my concerns for either the debris on the yard, the girl who was rude on the phone, or the left over debris in my gutters. The entire process was extremely unprofessional and frustrating. My mother had a similar experience of non responsiveness as well, which was how I was able to obtain the man’s email who is either the manager or owner. Worst service I’ve received on a job in years. Window leak caused damage to window trim and drywall damage. The guys did an outstanding job repairing, replacing and painting. You can’t even see that there was an issue. David and the rest of the crew were fantastic. They have done several projects for my home, including installing new windows and gutters. Crews were on time and did a good job cleaning up. David also checked in throughout the process. Minor items at the end were handled promptly and professionally. Looking forward to continuing home improvements with them.
