Jordan was the absolute best! Punctual and responds to questions quickly. I would 100% recommend them to anyone. She worked with the insurance company and made it possible for us to afford the roof replacement given that we had an ACV policy. I was very very pleased with how everything was handled. Be careful with these guys. I have a 1600 square foot home in Euless TX. These guys were professional for the most part...but VERY clumsy in other specific areas. I have attached pics so customers can make the best choice when choosing a roofing company. As you can see from the pictures...Matt Dutton asked to deliver the product to my home and I allowed them to store it a few days in my garage. I should have known better...especially when the delivery truck showed up...not kidding...their signage read "ABC trucking". The guy unloaded the roofing material and left a whole bunch of scratches on my garage floor. Some of the items delivered were CRUSHED...so be careful and NO MATTER what...carefully inspect your product for damage. Secondly...MAKE SURE TO COVER YOUR VENT holes on top of your roof. The PR roofers were clumsy...they DID NOT cover the vents prior to removal of the old roof...a nail managed to work itself down into the exhaust fan of my microwave. I went round and rou
From beginning to end the experience of having Rachel and her crew install my new roof was easy and stress free. The work was done with quality and care. Rachel was always available to answer my questions. And the cost was better than many other quotes I had been given. They took great care with the cleanup.
