Had a lightning strike near the house. Lost power to part of the home. Contacted W3, talked with Ariel. She was very informative about the process and was spot on. Patrick called when he was on the way and with an ETA. He was very professional, explained everything, asked if there were questions. Made me feel like I had a buddy over just helping me out. He was very thorough with finding and fixing the issue I had. If I have any more issues I’ll be calling W3 again and asking for Patrick.
