I called several plumbers in the area and had many estimates.. Ours was a small job, the service call was affordable and the person that answers the phones, Wendy.. .she's very sweet and allowed me to rattle on about what I needed.. I didn't feel rushed at all and when I didn't know what something plumbing related was called, she didn't make me feel stupid.. unlike some of the other companies did when I called them. I went with Reliable because they sent out Wes for the estimate. When I called, Wes was able to come out that same day! Let me tell you... Wes is awesome! We needed our guest bathroom faucet capped off for flooring installation, so Wes came out and took care of that for us. Then came back and not only installed my vanity but also installed my new faucet.. and changed out the shut off things below the vanity. I can’t begin to say how very impressed I was with reliable plumbing. It was the Friday morning before memorial weekend and my water heater went out. I had family arriving from Alaska Saturday late afternoon. I called around 7:30 am and talked to Wendy. She was so helpful, she said someone would be at the house by 1 pm which they were.....that being said, they were so timely, professional and helpful. They had the water heater fixed before 5 pm the same day and the price was so reasonable. Thank you Reliable Plumbing and thank you Wendy for all your help.
