These guys are the best! Starting with the free inspection, Toby sat down and walked me thru my options. He worked with my insurer to file a claim. They were here when the adjuster came for his inspection. After my claim was approved they showed up that same week, removed the old shingles and installed my new roof. All in the same day. Excellent job, great crew, super clean up, and my roof looks great. Texas Vets Roofing gets my highest recommendation. Give them a try, I'm glad I did. Texas Vets Roofing did an excellent job replacing my very complicated and steep roof. They were responsive, polite and checked with me numerous times while they were onsite to be sure I didn’t have questions or concerns. They contacted all my immediate neighbors before they started, to apologize for any noise or inconvenience, to promise they would clean up and to assure them they would respond immediately if a neighbor found any debris or nails in their yard. They cleaned up incredibly well and there was no evidence they had even been here after they left. The roof looks beautiful. Foremen Tim Wilson and Jack and Conner were on site most of the time (in 100+ degree heat I might add), and they made sure the work was being done in a first rate manner. In addition, the company is female owned and they provide free roofs to a limited number of veterans per year. I love that. I highly recommend Texas Vets Roofing. You will not be disappointed. Texas Vets Roofing is great to work with every step of the way and their workmanship is excellent. Ray inspected my roof for hail damage and led me through the claim process with my insurance company. She responded quickly to all my calls, texts and questions and came for the insurance company roof inspection which is important. I had confidence in Ray and she made a complicated claims process easy for me. And best of all my roof(s) look amazing. Ray is honest and does what she says she is going to do.
