From the moment I called Texas Vets Roofing, I knew I had made the right decision. The person answering the phone was friendly, upbeat and eager to help. Daniel Lorenzo was my contact for roof installation. He is very friendly, easy to reach and easy to work with. My insurance’s original inspection was only for some recent wind damage, but Daniel arranged with my insurance to have another inspection with him present. Many pictures and detailed weather reports were sent to my insurance and my new roof was finally approved! This took several weeks and Daniel called my insurance many times. He kept me updated every step of the way. I feel he went above and beyond while working with my insurance and really made my roof happen! Installation day went smoothly. Trash was picked up and there was no evidence that any work had been done except for my beautiful new roof! I would highly recommend Daniel and Texas Vets Roofing! Hands down this is what customer service is about. Daniel was not only on time, Polite and very approachable but he went above and beyond what the appointment was set for. He took pictures and explained the entire roof inspection, fixed the vent at issue and then did a full look over and sealed and fixed my other vents. In the process he found a piece or damaged/missing shingle and replaced it as well. I couldn’t give enough praise to him and their company approach. Excellent quality job done on my roof!! Doug and all of the workers are very professional and do a wonderful job, my roof has never looked better! They also are very responsive and get back with me right away if I had any questions about the whole process of getting new roof and materials etc. very good cleanup of the area and went above and beyond to do a superior job on our roof! Thanks so much for making this whole process easy and stress free, would recommend this company to anyone who needs a new roof !
