It’s the second aluminum pergola I do with American Home Improvement located on 191 Highway in Midland,Texas. The first one done approximately 9 years ago still looks brand new, spotless without any maintenance. The working crew and office staff were very courteous,friendly, punctual and professional. Both were accommodating to my questions and requests. Highly recommended as both times I have used their services, they have proved to be a very reliable company.
I felt like they really cared about their customers, George is a truly good person. Great business!
Glenn Nunez came out to measure windows, damaged one of our window screens, didn't have a ladder to reach the 2nd story widows (we had to loan him one) he moved our back yard décor items and left them out of place and left our ladder up on the side of the house. We called the office to report the issue, Glenn called back upset and did nothing to resolve the issue. When we received the quote, it was 3x higher than the previous owner of American Home Improvement had given us a year earlier.
