I've tried over and over again to get them out to my house. They say their going to come by so I take off work and they never show up. I will never call them again and I recommend no one waste your time.
I asked them to check on my AC unit when it stopped giving cool air. The technician came he refilled Freon in it and checked it, did not work, and then checked for a while and said the condensor needs replacement , estimated more than 3000.I went for second opinion to another company. The second guy able to recognize from the sound of the unit that it needs Capacitor replacement and charged $80 for the part. Checked the unit for any ther problem and found that there is too much Freon to a point the whole system can get damaged, so removed some. Since then, Working very well. I called back Ellis company to report on the technician , they boasted that they in the bussiness for 50 years, but did not agree thier wrong doing..They still charged me for 1hr. I feel like someone came to my house to cheat me and claiming that they have 50 years experience and still charged me for their visit. Service: A/C system repair
Richard is the nicest! They arrived when they said, gave a reasonable estimate and completed the job in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend Ellis for your plumbing needs! The Dad is just as nice. Very pleasant to do business with.
