Wow!!! I can NOT say enough Beautiful & Positive things about Tim at Lonestar Heating & Cooling!!!!!! He's the only HVAC person i've ever used & EVERY time i have an issue, he jumps right over & takes care of it at the most inopportune times!!!!! I called at 6 pm on a Fri because my house was 87° just to get on his list for next week & he called me back, asked a couple questions, ran over, was here about 15 mins & them said "Done". i was sitting on the floor with my puppies looking up Hotels that accept Dogs & he just said "Done"!!!!!! I'm SO Thankful & Blessed to be one of his customers!!!!!!!!!! Services: A/C system repair, HVAC duct & vent repair
I had Tim out several years ago for an AC repair, so when our AC wasn't working well, I called again. I was not disappointed. He is fair and quick. He really seems to care about helping his customers stay cool.
