They were called out for a backed up sewer line. The man that came in as quick and courteous and cleared the line. He also informed me of a 30 day guarantee. I had to call them back out a couple days later for the same issue. The same technician came and “cleared” the line although he didn’t pull anything out of the drain. Well, now a couple days later I have the same issue. I called the city out to check the main line and they cleared it from two different locations yet my line was still clogged. I just called back, waited two hours without hearing anything, and called again. It is a Saturday and as told the tech was on another call but would be calling. He just called and said I would have to pay for this service. I mentioned the 30 Day Guarantee and was told the second trip negated that. Umm, I don’t think that is a 30 Day Guarantee. So, I have to pay again for a service they supposedly have completed twice in the past week. I obviously have no choice but they need to change their g

These guys came out replaced a 2ft section of pipe. first of all they didn't have the proper tools for the job and had to do some makeshift stuff that made the job run ALOT longer than quoted. 5hrs for what should have been a one maybe two hour job. Service: Plumbing leak repair
