Edit to my newest experiences: I've had several follow-ups done. However, it has become a trend that I have to call to set one up (when I was told i would get called). The day of the appointment comes, and the team is always late, and I have to call to find out what the delay is about. I understand things happen, but these are several occurences in a row. The people are kind, but the communication and punctuality need work. Gentleman was very nice and thouroughly explained what he did with photos. I've been looking into replacing my system, and he was kind enough to provide me with quotes and the payment process.
Going on a week without A/C & calling 3 different A/C companies and all of them no shows….Artic One showed up the same day I called! Fast response! They had our A/C working again. Very professional and satisfied with their work. They will be my go to A/C company. ???????????????? Service: A/C system maintenance
