Hello Colair company, this is Mr and Mrs Rudy Garcia wanted to thank you for the fast response for our A/C maintenance. You all send the right technician to check and clean our unit. Mr. Raul Martinez was super professional and helpful. Since he got to our residence he was polite and respectful. He explained every detail as things were being checked. Mr Martinez definitely took his time on the maintenance. *We had bought a brand new white AC steel 25x20 R/A filter to replace our old one and Mr Martinez went that extra effort to replace it at no cost. Techs were knowledgeable in their service. Service took a bit longer than expected but they were able to narrow down the issue to the fan ( defective out of the box). Great job guys! Service: Install AC
