Over the years I have used Global A/C & Heating at two different residences on several occasions for both maintenance and repairs. Each time the professionalism, honesty, and work ethic of the technicians and the owner have not failed to impress. On this last occasion I called them late afternoon and they were able to come by the same day, after normal business hours, to trouble shoot my A/C issue. I could tell they had already had a long day when they arrived, but none the less they maintained their professional demeanor as they greeted me and throughout the entire time they worked to diagnose the problem. They carefully listed as I explained what had been occurring with the A/C system. They were able to diagnose the problem, unfortunately it was a major component that had to be ordered. The very next day they called me and informed me they were able to track down the component locally and that the determined the part was still covered under the manufacturer's warranty. That alone sa
