Extremely great customer service! I called them since, my heater was not working and they came in less than 30mins. This has been the second time they have come to fix our AC and they are very easy to get a hold of and come that same day. If you are looking for somebody reliable they are the ones to go to!!!! I couldn't find anyone who could fix the problem with my A/C system, my fuse would keep popping! When I finally called JL COOLING, they not only fixed my problem but also took the time to explain to me what was happening. I will never use another HEATING AND COOLING PLACE AGAIN!

My parents A/C went out and I wasn’t able to make the trip down to see them. They’re not very high tech so I just searched an A/C company and came across JL. I let them know the situation about my elderly parents and he reassured me that he would be there within the hour. I hated the situation from the beginning knowing my parents might be taken advantage of. It turned out it was just an extremely dirty filter and that all it needed was a good cleaning. He could’ve charged me for things I don’t even know exist but he didn’t. He left my parents his card and let them know he’s available to answer any questions. It’s hard to find independently owned companies that make their business off their work instead of their big company name. Thanks JL
