We installed two ceiling fans ourselves. The light on the ceiling fan that we installed wouldn't work. Kristin and Andrew came out. They were a great team! Kristin took the switch cover off and discovered that our new fan/light required a LED light switch. They went out and got one, installed it and finished up all within an hour. So they've never actually been to my house to repair anything yet but when I called to ask them to come out and fix an issue I was having the lady that answered walked me through fixing my issue when she could've easily just scheduled the repair and charged me a bunch of money... for that reason alone they will be the only company I call for electrical issues
