DFW Best Roofing

I contacted DFW Best Roofing to get estimates for roofing, siding, and windows. I worked through Carlos who did a fantastic job in obtaining my estimates in a very short time frame. I was impressed by the companies professionalism and desire to meet my quick turnaround requests. I look forward to working with this company for my future projects.

After having several companies come out and give me an estimate on a new roof I decided to call DFW Roofing for a final quote. Justin showed up on time and showed more concern to us out of everyone. Justin took the time to get on the roof take pictures of all the damage and then came down and sat with us to go over the damage and show us the pictures. Right then we new we had to use DFW Roofing. This was on a Thursday. Monday morning all the workers showed up once again on time. They were all so polite, and friendly. They work extremely hard and they take pride in their work. The roof looks terrific. Two days later we had some heavy rain come through and I was so happy the leak in our fireplace was gone. Oh and by the way I was so worried about nails in the yard I have small dogs. Guess what?? No nails they made sure of it. I definitely recommend DFW Roofing. Contractors and homeowners beware of this company. Justin is a pretty good guy his business partner however has no idea what he’s doing and should not be in this line of work at all. I did two jobs for these guys one job which they were eight months behind on customer was so irritated with them he did not even want me out there to help finish the job the quality of their work I had to fix 90% of before I could even start doing well I was being paid to do.I replaced one of their welders that I had the opportunity to meet that warned me about these guys they can’t keep decent contractors because they don’t know what they’re doing they keep putting people on jobs that they took on that they have no idea on how to do it and expect everyone else to fix their mess I’ve been in business for over 10 years and I’ve never dealt with someone on this level of not knowing what the heck they’re doing beware and stay away
