One of their representatives was supposed to arrive at my house two days ago for an estimate. He did not show up nor updated me. Extremely unprofessional.
missed the first apppointment on Thursday, claimed to call me at the time but had not; claimed I needed to be at home but I had explained before I would not. arrived on Monday without camera, returned on Tuesday. Claimed to clear sewer line, but still not draining
