Brian Wagner was initially really responsive. Came out, examined our emergency roof issue, said he could handle the framing issue in addition to the roofing issue (saving us time getting another company out there), and gave us an official bid on our project. Time sensitive issue as damage was impacting the rest of the house. Delays meant potentially $10,000 in damages. He said no problem, he could handle it. Said he would start quickly on Friday (so we stopped looking for other contractors). He was fairly acting texting us back to communicate. Friday came and went, no response. He ghosted us. Couldn't get a hold of him, wouldn't return calls. My husband, my mother in law, and myself all called the office several times over the course of three weeks trying to get someone, ANYONE from the company to come out and complete the job.
