I called Air United & they made it really clear that they were looking out for my best interest. He explained why I needed certain things and took time to give tips on how to maintain my system better. I felt very comfortable with their service, which is not something you get from a lot of contractors these days... unfortunately. Thanks, Air United Mechanical, keep up the great work!!
Very professional service company for my heater. They kept open communication throughout the process and kept me informed of what was causing the issue with my heater. They answered my questions and was patient with helping me program my heater thermostat (which I had never learned to do). They were very prompt and flexible with scheduling the appointment which was helpful for me on a Saturday. Thanks for helping keep us warm in Texas during the unusually cold December 2017 that included snow ❄️⛄️...
