This company fixed my neighbors roof, so I decided to give them a shot. Super honest guys, kept us informed throughout the whole process. Very nice people with great customer service and super professional. We tried to schedule the repair for it to not rain, but unfortunately that was not the case. BUT, when it did start raining, they assured us that if anything was damaged they would repair that too. I HIGHLY recommend. Had a very bad experience. Spent close to a thousand dollars and the Leak from my roof they were supposed to fix came back two months later because of poor quality job performed by this company. I should have known when he took ten minutes to “fix” the issue. I had a true professional come out and notice all this guy had done was slap some tar like substance to cover up the area where water was coming in. Avoid this company at all costs. I’m filing a complaint with the BBB and consulting an attorney. Will be reviewing my security system to see exactly what he did. Horrible company. Very disappointed in Phillip John scamming me.
