My parents needed help at their home so I called and spoke with a rep and he was amazing. I'm not that knowledgeable with these things but he took his time answering any questions I had throughout the process. Highly recommended.
Had a bad review for them before but had to use them again when my toilet was leaking and was in a bind. Steve came out and fixed my Toilet. I Brought up a couple other minor issues that he fixed with no charge. Nice job on changing my perception of your company. Certainly will use every time going forward.
Max Sheffield Plumbing was a great help fixing our kitchen plumbing. All of the pipes under the sink were put in terribly wrong and Tom knew exactly what to do and even played with our dogs a little! Thank you Tom!!
