One of the critical distinctions in any business field between excellence and mediocrity is the kindness of customer service. In all my 56 years I have rarely come across a technician (plumber) so talented, organized and kind. At only 23 years of age, Tanner diagnosed and fixed a plumbing problem with efficiency and generosity of spirit. If Roto Rooter wanted a face for its company, Tanner is the guy. He was an angel who gave us a tremendous discount as I am currently disadvantaged by kidney issues. I absolutely recommend Roto Rooter. Even the phone staff were polite and supportive.
