I calles 1-800-Plumber this morning for a leak in our ceiling and they were able to add me to the schedule right away. Mason did a wonderful job walking through his findings and providing me with his professional opinion of the work needing to be done. JJ Duran and the scheduling crew are fantastic! I needed a new gas valve to be able to install a dryer, and they were able to get to me the same day that I called. Service was prompt and efficient, and I’m very happy with the work done by Mr. Duran, who even relit the water heater before he left. Everyone I talked to was very friendly, and I intend to use them for my next project.

They did a great job...a bit pricier than I expected, but long-term peace of mind has its own value. Thanks for the good service. 3 weeks later...the pilot light went out. They came next day, restarted pilot light. Could just be a fluke, but they said if it happens again they'll replace the gas control module. A week or two later. Pilot light out again. They came out the same day and replaced the gas control module as promised. Very pleased with service responsiveness. Service: Water heater installation
