We had a small hiccup with the first repairman BUT Luis jumped in and resolved it. The end result was to my satisfaction. I am happy and it was completed earlier than expected. Thrilled. Our Handyman was great. Professional, on-time and personable. Our only issue is that we needed more than one Handyman for our installations. We had several jobs for the Handyman to complete and the only job completed on the first day was 3 ceiling fan after 4 hours. The second day he installed our curtain rods for 5 rooms and the delinking fan in our living room. He definitely needed some help from another Handyman. I felt bad and assisted him as much as I could. However, I appreciated his service and might utilize this company again for small jobs. Service: Fan installation

I believe it's going to get better with time. But easy to deal with. Some communication details they need to work out between carpenter and management staff about the details of a project. But otherwise, paid after job completion. I have new wood steps and hand rails. Service: General construction
