Ace Handyman Services Pearland

I called Ace to repair the rubber door sweep at the bottom of my front door. A technician was sent out who was inexperienced and obviously not a master craftsman as advertised. Due to this inexperience, our 3yr old front door was damaged, our wall was damaged as was the door frame. Ace management did however send two guys out to correct the installation of the door sweep (as it was a two man job). However, they committed to coming back out to repair the wall and the doorframe, as those things were in perfect condition before the first tech came out. Unfortunately, I have not heard back from anyone at Ace. I have given them ample time to rectify this issue, as the initial service request was placed in July. I will never use their services again. I am giving them two stars only because the guys that came out on the second service call seemed to be experienced and replaced the door sweep in no time, without any damage.

Service man was on time and completed work in less time than originally estimated. Repaired hardie trim on difficult to reach chimney. German came up with a way to reach the chimney by building a platform. He worked safely, cleaned up when he was done and all in all did a great job.

Today was our second use of Ace services. James and Jeremy were top notch workers! I was concerned we may not finish, but both men were expeditious and thorough. I thought the first service was spectacular; they impressed me me even more this time. Everything I wanted done was completed and cleaned up well after. I enthusiastically recommend both James and Jeremy for their amazing work and in less time than I thought it would take!!!!
