Jack was professional and courteous. He took the time to explain what needed to be done to clear the sludge and backup. He got the job done and cleaned up the area of the drain. We’re relieved and glad to know that the drain is cleared out and it’s clear sailing now. He wore a mask and stayed a safe distance. We highly recommend Griffith Plumbing Service.
We have used Griffith Plumbing Service multiple times in the past, and they have always done an excellent job. Yesterday our water heater died on us and, once again, it was them to the rescue. Our tech was awesome. He was polite and knowledgeable, and had a new water heater installed quickly and efficiently.
