Payless Cooling and Heating is simply the best! No work we have ever hired done on our property has ever gone as smoothly as this one. Gary, the owner, came out on Friday January 29th to bid on the job. We agreed on a new Trane unit. This was a complete new installation including new duck work. Gary bid on the job giving us a very reasonable estimate. Then on February 3rd, only 5 days later, Gary's crew of 5 guys came to install everything. The guys were very respectful of our home taking great care of our house and furnishings. We noticed how well the crew worked together, each one appeared to know exactly what to do and did it well. The entire job in our attic was very neat and professional. This job took most of the day and when the crew left the work sight was completely clean of any debris from their work. Few days ago my AC unit was failing, and my house were getting hot. I called Payless Cooling & Heating and they were able to scheduled a visit the same day. They told me I was going to pay $70 for the inspection. Nick came in, he did an inspection and find out that capacitor was defecting and he went ahead and changed it right the way without telling me or quoting me the price in advance. 20 minute later I was presented with a bill of $310 that covered their travel to my destination, labor and material. I found out in google that the same type of AC capacitor he used run in the $30 ish. I think the service was good, but very pricy. Service: Repair HVAC

Our AC system went out late on Easter Sunday afternoon. I called Bruce, who answered right away and added us to the schedule for Monday morning. On Monday, Nick the tech, was on time. He did a good job of explaining and showing me the issues with our AC unit. We had a full new system installed the next day. The process was easy. Even Gary, the owner, stopped by to check on everything. Payless Cooling & Heating was timely, professional and easy to do business with. We highly recommend them.
