I found Stone Castle Roofing on FB and as any company one is skeptical if the company your reaching out to is in fact a good company. Well I’m here to tell you from my personal experience since the first day that Mr. Cano came out to inspect the leak in my roof he took the time to explain in detail my issue and how he is able to fix it. That this was a good company. He took pictures of the problem and walked me through what needed to be done so that this problem wouldn’t continue( we have a dip in the roof that previous companies failed to mentioned that it needed proper lining for it and more. He wasn’t pushy or never made me feel like I had to use his company. He had my quote ready quickly. When we finally decided to proceed with the repair he walked us through financing options, and the job was scheduled and done exceptionally they took pictures of the process, and he sent the pictures all to me so we can see exactly how & what was done. Ed was very professional and detailed as to what was going to be done. He was true to his word and the clean-up was great. My roof was done in 1 day and since then I have had no issues.
