James was upfront and transparent about pricing, offered excellent upgrade options, and finished the work when he said they would. My wife and I were very pleased with the overall process and highly recommend this company. It’s very hard to find a trustworthy roofing company these days. So thankful I found 3 Kings. Garrett and Chris were such wonderful people throughout the entire experience. They were patient, kind, thorough and made an unknown situation seem less burdensome. The communication and follow up was awesome and Garrett actually showed up on the install date to make sure everything was ok despite having a another supervisor on site. In a past experience I never saw or spoke to the project manager again after I signed the contract. I don’t want to go through another weather event any time soon but I know Garrett and 3 Kings will be who I call. Thanks guys you are appreciated!
