I got so lucky! My ac went out my friend gave me the name of Dallas Air Pros and the owner (Jack) Was my serviceman. He was so nice, professional, I immediate felt safe and trusting with him. He fixed everything for way less than I was prepared so Bonus! And I’m. A proud member now with regular service checks and maintenance items covered and executed without me having to mark my Cali and calling someone. The office personal were prompt, informative, and incredibly caring in regards to my situation. There's a Super Hero named Ed M. who was able to diagnose, repair, and return my HVAC unit back to its former glory within 30 minutes. He was kind, courteous, and incredibly professional.
