Can't say enough about the great job Farest, Carlos and his team did replacing our 2 original units. They took the time to evaluate our current units and made several changes to improve the design and performance by adding plenums to both new units and changing out several ducts that were either under or over-sized. They even moved one unit to another area of my attic that will allow better performance and easier access for future maintenance. After all the work was complete, they left our home and attics very clean. Devard's is a great example of a smaller, well-managed mechanical service company that provides great service and attention to detail.

With all the HVAC places out there, how should one choose?? Lemme save you some time, and choose THIS place. They answered the phone right away, they were able to send a tech out the same day, and the whole experience was just very professional and A+++ quality of customer service. The tech also answered my questions and explained things to me in a way I could understand. This country was built on small to medium sized businesses flourishing and this is a PRIME example of such a business that truly does care and does a great job. I should also note that I didn’t feel overwhelmed with industry jargon or any attempts to upsell anything, which for me is a MUST. I had Devard's out on 12/16/22 to perform seasonal maintenance on my heating systems. Previously, I had my house under a home warranty for 4 years and had similar services done by other contractors. I mentioned to Devard's technician (Bryan) that the downstairs unit didn't seem to keep that part of my home warm, although it ran constantly during very cold weather. Bryan performed the maintenance and found both units operated properly, but he looked at the Nest thermostats controlling them and determined they were connected to the wiring harness incorrectly. Neither prior contractor had looked at the thermostats. Bryan corrected the downstairs thermostat connection to my HVAC equipment and now my heater warms my home to the set temperature in a reasonable time. While it sounds simple, its made a huge difference in the past few days since the work was performed.
