Firehouse Roofing

We used Firehouse Roofing for roof replacement from hail damage. Alex and Paul were great from start to finish. They helped us understand the materials, answered questions, were there to help with the insurance appraisal, and never pressured us into buying or signing anything until we were ready to move forward. The crew that did the replacement was on time, professional, worked quickly, and did a great job with cleaning up. Our roof looks great, and we did not have to do our own clean up after the job like many of our neighbors who used other companies had to do. During and after the job, Alex and Paul checked in to be sure everything was done to our satisfaction and continued to follow up well after the project was completed to ensure we were satisfied and there were no issues that came up. He was upfront about the work he could perform today and what he couldn't perform. It was dependent on what he found. Based on their staff, Firehouse Roofing is the most amazing roofing company. Paul Last was such a friendly and professional representative. He climbed on my roof and took a video explaining the damage, and then came down and showed it to me. He told me my options and I felt so relieved. Firehouse sent a roof professional to fix my roof within a couple of days. They did a better job than I even imagined. Paul Last followed up to make sure everything was OK and I was so grateful to be treated with such care and respect.
