Brian was AMAZING. This was a complimentary service offered to Milestone members and he discovered so many things our inspector missed which explained a lot of the issues we have had. It was a sewer line and plumbing inspection - he checked everything. He wasn’t overselling anything and he was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable in his profession. ALSO, he is an animal lover and was so good with my German shepherd and cat that I could have them out while he was working! Milestone has saved us more than once. Cannot recommend them enough, but especially Brian. Absolutely exceptional. Thanks Brian!!! Service: Plumbing leak detection
Taylor G did a great job. He was very kind, friendly and swift in his diagnosis of the problem. He is very knowledgeable and honest about the things that are out of his expertise. Logan (electric) gave us some solid advice, and was able to save the day by restoring power to our AC. Highly recommend Milestone membership, the service has been so great so far! We became Milestone members after needing to replace our AC unit/ductwork a few months ago. Our experience was awesome and our tech (Scott?) was fantastic. Had to call them back out this week for an electric issue. Our electrician (Matthew Lacey) was outstanding. He truly went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. We sincerely appreciate Milestone and their attention to detail! Customer service has been awesome and we are grateful to have found our 'go to' in TX for plumbing, AC, Electric, etc.
