Panda Heating and Cooling

Very unprofessional and disrespectful. Hassan came in to install a humidifier then end up turning my water heater off. When i found out the next day from not being able to even take a shower and called him, he keep denying it when he was the only person working in my basement all over the fuse box and everything but instead, started using curse words... calling me dishonest... A simple, "sorry, i must have forgotten to turn it back up" could have easily fixed the problem but he chose to deny that he somehow have caused the issue and be disrespectful about it. I didnt realized i hired a sailor. A little update, just a couple days after their visit this is how I found my basement this morning (see pictures) Service: Heating system repair

I scheduled this company for AC repair. They rescheduled the first appt, and never showed for that rescheduled time. I had to to take time off of work and waited whole day for a no show. Called and texted multiple times, no response. HORRIBLE. Update 8/23/23: They called me the next day, stating that their business software broke down so they couldn't contact any of the customers. They scheduled for next day and took care of AC issues. Appreciate their sincerity in reaching out taking care of the problem. Service: HVAC system repair

Buyer beware, check out complaints filed with the BBB and TDLR before doing business with them. We wish we would’ve done more research before buying a “new” hvac system from them. The “new” hvac system has broken down 3 times already and has only been in our home for 3 weeks and to top it all off the “new” unit has leaked through my 20 foot ceiling. 10 out 10 would not recommend.
