Technician Steve #6910. Charged me $400 for a simple garbage disposal de-clog repair that took 5 minutes. Also quoted me $8,900 for a replacement which is absurd and outright dishonest. I got taken for a fool and only paid since he had already shown up. Go local for your plumbing needs. They will lie to you in the name of lining their own pockets which is a very shortsighted business decision on their part. Also verbally told me it has a 90 day guarantee but the invoice only says 30 days. Harped on me leaving a 5 star review that he could “help me with” which I politely deadlines. Dishonesty from the ground up. I will never use the company again. Service: Garbage disposal repair
